I have more than 19 years of experience as a psychotherapist, working with adults, couples and families with a range of issues.
My purpose as a Psychotherapist is to bring self-awareness to the client of their emotional issues, behaviours and their way of connecting with themselves and the world. My work consists of walking with the client through the discoveries, experiences and emotions, in the here and now, aiming for self-awareness. My goal is to give a non-judgmental, comprehensive and safe environment for my patients, building a trustful therapist-client relationship. I have a considerable capacity of putting myself in others shoes, empathizing and feeling together with my patients.

It takes courage to seek help and to open up about what we are struggling with; I believe that by creating a safe and non-judgemental environment, identifying strengths, and working relationally and compassionately with clients, it is possible to bring about life-long, positive change in a person's relationship with themselves and others.
Each one of us has times in life when we feel uncertain of how to move forward. Perhaps you’ve noticed yourself getting stuck in unhelpful patterns or cycles of behaviour and you’re finding it hard to see a way out? Or you’re experiencing difficult feelings that are getting in the way of living a more fulfilled, contented life? I work collaboratively with clients to make sense of, and work through, the challenges that have brought them to therapy, and I have witnessed profound psychological growth within my clients, as they have engaged in the often-challenging process of therapy.

With awareness, understanding, and listening to hear, not listening to respond to your partner, you both will learn and adopt healthier ways to express feelings.
Couples Therapy: Communication is the foundation of all human relationships, and how we talk can indicate how healthy our relationship is. Both need to take individual and collective accountability and responsibility for communicating and listening to each other if a relationship is to flourish. Do you have a daily or weekly check-in with your partner to check the relationship's temperature? Or, do you only find the time to point out difficulties and problems in the relationship, resulting in no solution-focused understanding of the agreement, and you are irritated and frustrated and need clarity?

Addiction, depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self confidence, low self esteem, relationship problems , work related stress.
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist. The key to my work with clients is the belief that through a psychotherapeutic relationship we can gain insights into our patterns of behaviour. By working relationally we can also explore the possibility for change and begin to think of alternative positions that can lead toward a more compassionate and fulfilled version of ourselves. I have completed the training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist at The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. UKCP Member.

Counselling training in the Psychodynamic and Clarkson 5-Strand Relationship Models, along with practice in bodywork, talking therapies and behaviour change experience inform my Integrative Counselling approach.
I am a Relational Therapist, working with you to raise awareness of the ‘why’ behind the challenges you face, in order to gain release from suffering. As an experienced therapist, informed by professional and lived experience, I am able to hold the space for deep and sometimes difficult exploration, in which I am active with unimposing intervention and challenge, to support re-connection to your authentic self. A private practice professional in the therapeutic space since the mid-1990s, I’ve lived and practised in Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and the UK, with extensive experience working cross-culturally, with great sensitivity.

Hey, thanks for looking at my profile. I've been in private practice since 2011 treating fatigue, issues related to ADHD and ASD, issues related to head injury, trauma, OCD, health anxiety and BDD; but I can help with most difficulties. I have worked a lot with LGBTQ+ communities and am the Chair of the Section of Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity of the British Psychological Society. I'm also a gay, cis-gendered man and trans ally. I work in partnership with a prescriber to offer rapid ADHD diagnosis (meeting NHS/NICE standards) and medication (turnaround often only 5 to 6 weeks).

I have broad range of experience including working with relationship issues, attachment, anxiety & depression.
I am an Integrative psychotherapist (MBACP) based in South West London, Fulham. I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling and I offer sessions both in-person in Fulham and via zoom. I would describe my practice as combining warmth with appropriate challenge. At times, I may do more than sit back and nod; I am not a blank slate or a traditional therapist. I believe in a therapeutic relationship that is genuine and in open and honest conversations.

The most important thing agreed by therapists across all modalities is the relationship between client and therapist.
Are you anxious about your relationship?  It can be very daunting and even feel shameful or disloyal to approach a therapist about personal problems in your relationship or the fact that you aren't in one or find it hard to sustain one.  We seek help for other concerns why not with relationship problems?  Therapists, like carpenters have tools to offer that can help you make repairs. Speaking about your concerns aloud with an experienced and empathetic listener can disempower the anxiety so the work of recovery can begin.  I have enjoyed working in the NHS and privately over many years on relationship and sexual problems.
