I aim to provide counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you can explore your concerns, feelings and whatever is troubling you. The development of trusting and warm therapeutic relationship is a foundation for gaining a better understanding of yourself and working towards the change you want and finding a more fulfilling way of living.

I’m interested in what works. For you. So I take a pluralistic, integrative approach and don’t limit myself to one particular way of working. Whether you’re seeing me for counselling, schema-based therapy or psychosexual therapy, I'll tailor my approach to suit your needs. And it’s the relationship between you and I which will be central to the work. Because I’m not a friend, colleague or family member, you can think the unthinkable and speak the unspeakable in a judgement-free space. You can rely on me to be honest with you, and bring into your awareness your blind spots, and things on the edge of your awareness you might missing.

If you're facing difficulties such as anxiety or depression, the impact of past experiences or traumas, relationship issues, a period of transition or change in your life, challenges related to your sense of self or identity, or even grief and loss, I can assist you in addressing these issues through Gestalt therapy. Gestalt therapy is a relational and body-centered psychotherapy approach that offers the opportunity for growth and change. It is based on a therapeutic relationship of acceptance, respect, and mutual support.

You may be experiencing low mood or anxiety, an inability to focus, disordered thinking or overwhelming emotions, it could be that you recognise your behaviours are not representative of what you believe yourself to be, that your relationships seem very challenging to maintain, or maybe you just have a generalised sense something is missing.

Are you feeling stuck, isolated or overwhelmed by your difficulties? Reaching out for support can be hard, especially if you have not spoken with a psychologist before. My name is Claudia and I’m a compassionate and dedicated clinical psychologist, with over 8 years of experience working in the NHS. We will start by making sense of how your life experiences may have influenced your current problems, and then combining this understanding together with your own personal strengths, to create a treatment plan that will help you develop aspects of life that are important for you and reduce unwanted symptoms.

Ingrid is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and fulfil their potential, by combining a knowledge and understanding of coaching and psychology. This is done by providing challenging and thought provoking questions that lead to clarity, have breakthroughs or answer difficult questions, which in turn can lead to transformation. Ingrid’s experience, coupled with a passion for positive psychology, that is, the focus on human strengths rather than weaknesses, has led to the understanding of the power of shifting one’s perspective. Much is to gain from challenging and difficult experiences in life.

Hello! My name is Emma-Louise and I am an integrative therapist trained primarily in Person-Centered and Holistic therapies. I believe that therapy should be a safe place where you can come as the human you are and speak to another human without being labelled, diagnosed or dictated to. We all experience our life so uniquely, that it's impossible to put anyone into a neatly fitted box, that's where I want to work with you to explore your authentic self.

Hello, I'm Sree. I have been working in the field of mental health for the past 12 years. I have worked with diverse populations with various mental health conditions. There will be moments in our lives where we feel the need to be supported, validated and understood. Unfortunately, these needs might not always be met. This can create a space for various triggers, and we might not even realise what those are. It's not easy to make sense of all the complexities we face on a day to day basis. Sometimes, it helps to reflect, understand and learn. I want to help you do that.

I am an integrative counsellor which means I believe the past, especially our relationship (or lack of relationship) with our parents/caregivers shapes the person we are today. As your counsellor aim to provide a safe space for us to work through your issues, recognising and changing unhelpful beliefs with a view to helping you towards becoming your best self. I believe like a phoenix we all have the ability to rise from the ashes and it helps to have a counsellor who you feel is really in your corner.

I don't believe that there is one method of psychotherapy that suits everyone. I believe in adapting my way of working for each client I meet. You may feel that you want to work short-term on a specific aspect of your life. You may feel that you want to take time to look back on your early life experiences or you may not know where to start or where you are going. Whatever your situation is, I will do my best to see the world as you do and, where possible, offer you an alternative perspective. I believe the same is true for children and using sand tray and art materials I allow children to process their emotions through play.
