If you are struggling with difficult issues and you feel overwhelmed or stuck and you need to talk to someone to gain insight and understanding of your thoughts, feelings, behaviour or relationships and find ways to manage them better, you are welcome to contact me. It could be past issues that you may feel are still affecting your life in the present and may continue to do so in the future, or a current issue that is difficult to deal with. I provide supervision that is relational and process-orientated. Supervision fee is around £50.
