Hello, I’m Imogen, an experienced CBT Psychotherapist. My approach is flexible, collaborative with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. My style is calm and warm, and we will begin at a pace that meets you where you are. I am fully BABCP accredited and have nearly a decade of NHS experience working as a psychotherapist. In addition to CBT, I am a qualified mindfulness teacher and regularly run MBCT groups as well as bringing mindfulness to my 1:1 sessions. I also use Compassionate Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also completing additional training to become an EMDR therapist and offer EMDR sessions.
