I am an experienced, passionate therapist who genuinely enjoys the process of helping people work through emotional difficulty. With a background in law and physical wellbeing, my approach to therapy is holistic in outlook; I always try to keep one foot in the real world as we explore your reasons for therapy. But most importantly therapy is about what you want to use the time and space for. People think of counselling as a last resort. We often keep our problems to ourselves, we compound all that feeling and pain and it emerges in our day to day lives in different ways, depression, stress, anxiety.
