I am a somatic-focused, psychotherapist who has been working in the mental health sector since 2016. I hold a strong belief in working with bodily held emotions and memories, making use of authentic movement exploration and the use of creative tasks; such as drawing, object relational projection to support the therapeutic process of the client. I am experienced in a wide range of client needs, which spans from Low level anxiety to high intensity PTSD. My main focus is to support my clients to engage in the present to reach their full potential.
