I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space. Anything that may be difficult for you to say, I will not find difficult to hear. We will work together to unravel where you are now and how you may have got there. By sharing this, we can find space to really think about what's going on and to see if we are able to find a happier, healthier way of moving forwards. Whether working with adults or children, gaining trust is something I will do my best to work towards and earn. My practice rooms are in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire), Crowthorne (Berkshire) and from the comfort of your own home (Online).
