I offer a completely free 20 minute consultation over the phone if you are considering counselling for an initial chat about you and your situation before you decide if you want to start therapy. My name is Stacey Neill, I am a fully qualified BACP registered Psychodynamic and trauma informed counsellor. I offer brief and long term, one-to-one counselling for young people (16+) and adults either by phone, online or face to face. I offer a safe, empathetic, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to be able to promote healing, build self-awareness, build self-esteem and to be heard to help you move forward in your life. As a trauma informed therapist I can provide a grounded presence where you can begin to explore your trauma while feeling safe, and listened to.
