First of all, I believe therapy is useful for anyone. What is commonly labelled as “mental health”, I would call “quality of life” - something we all struggle to manage. I have experience (and feel comfortable) working with psychosis, issues related to interpersonal trauma, and other aspects of life that feel undesirable or you feel are responded to negatively. I am however opposed to any form of conversion therapy.
