I am an integrative counsellor and counselling tutor trained in psychodynamic, person-centred and CBT approaches. I offer both short and long-term counselling to adults in the form of face to face, online, phone and ‘walk & talk' sessions. Using an integrative approach enables me, with my knowledge and experience, to adapt my therapeutic model to suit my client's needs, enabling change in the most beneficial way possible. Underpinning all my therapeutic work is the knowledge that it is ultimately the quality of the relationship between client and therapist - that's you and me - that heals.

Sometimes, we can feel a little stuck, unfocussed, confused or not like our usual self. Ask yourself the following questions: Do you ever wish you felt like your old self again?
