Sometimes life can feel difficult and overwhelming, or you might feel that you need to make changes in your life and you are finding it difficult to deal with these things by yourself. Therapy gives you a space to talk about your experiences with someone who is impartial and has no judgements about you or your life. I offer you a calm space in which to do this and will welcome you with warmth and understanding. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, self-esteem and depression and provide short and long term therapy either online or over the phone.

I have been lucky enough in my career to date to work with some incredibly inspiring and brave individuals who have been at a crossroads in their life. Sometimes making change felt frightening or impossible due to past beliefs, stuck patterns of behaviour or limiting thought processes. Others were struggling to move on after devastation, illness, loss or identity crisis. I believe it is a privilege to be able to guide those in need at these times due to the courage and vulnerability they show. They are asking from the heart for a new beginning - to break from the past, not feel scared by the future and live truly in the present.

Choosing a therapist can be daunting, especially when you may be feeling anxious, depressed, confused, or at a low point. Maybe you're thinking how can anyone understand? If you’ve had no experience of working with a counsellor, or previous counseling wasn't what you expected or were ready to continue, I understand this can be difficult. I work with the complexity and difficulty of trauma which ranges from person to person.

Hello; a warm welcome to my profile. Perhaps you are trying to change something in your life; perhaps you are wanting to give up old habits or create new ones. Maybe you are struggling with something, or perhaps you just want to take a look at your life and assess or reassess it. Together we can work out a way forward; by looking at and following your cues, which you may or may not be aware of right now, we can map a path that feels right for you. I truly believe that everyone carries their own answers within them; we just need to find out what they are!

Do you long to experience some peace, freedom and self trust around food? I believe this should be a birthright for everyone. If you are feeling out of control around food and concerned about the size or shape of your body, I get it because I've been there. I now use my professional and lived experience to help others find their way out of the prison of binge eating. I'm sure you have tried many times to gain control of your eating and maybe you're at a point where you're thinking there must be more going on than simply not being able to stick to a diet. Is therapy the answer?

I work creatively, using the felt sense to guide me with a combination of psychotherapeutic models, neuroscience and intuition, where we can unpick the stories that have bought you to this point. Giving space for you to authentically expand. I have a special interest in post traumatic growth, finding strength and value in our darkest experiences can catapult us to a place where our new found resilience and self confidence allows us to live beyond the perceived limitations of our pasts.

I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever is happening in your life and support you to face difficult circumstances, feelings and relationships by finding new perspectives and developing inner and outer resources. I use Processwork, a creative approach to therapy, to help you to work things through. During sessions we try things out, bringing awareness to what's happening, leading to learning and change. In particular, paying attention to disturbances and finding out how to transform these experiences can hold the key to discovering new ways of being in the world.

Online psychotherapist with an eclectic and inventive approach. Practicing Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe that people already have within themselves what they need in order to overcome their struggles. All it takes is a bit of guidance and someone to ask the right questions. My wish for my clients is that they find the inner freedom to live the life that they want. I mostly work with expats, travelers, digital nomads, burners - I can relate to the lifestyle and can appreciate the need for flexibility and rescheduling sessions when necessary, however, anyone is welcome.
