I have worked for almost 20 years within adult acute, secondary and primary care NHS mental health services in various Senior Occupational therapy roles and specialist Mental health roles. I most recently worked within primary care as a Psychological therapist having completed further accredited training in both CBT and EMDR. I am also a qualified yoga teacher with experience of integrating somatic techniques within yoga classes to a local outreach programme.
