I work both long and short term with over 20 years experience as a therapist and mental health. I have trained in different therapeutic models and I adopt an integrative approach in my work. I specialise in Schema Therapy, attachment-based psychodynamic therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and CBT. While I am informed by evidence-based therapies, I also integrate elements from various experiential approaches, such Voice Dialogue, Internal Family systems (IFS) and Psychodrama. I am also trained in EMDR.
