If you, or someone you care about are struggling, and certain aspects of life are feeling overwhelming, reaching out for help is such an important first step. Many of us are affected by mental health issues at some point in life, through our own experiences, or somebody close to us. I am dedicated in helping you to better understand these difficulties and to provide you with the tools you need to achieve emotional wellbeing.
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist, having worked in NHS and private psychological services for over ten years. I offer therapeutic support with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, self-confidence, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, relationship difficulties and trauma.
I offer confidential, person centred therapy in a nurturing and compassionate way and draw on years of training and experience to offer evidence based therapy. I am trained in a number of evidenced based therapy modalities these include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR.
