I enjoy working with adults and children who are drawn to working creatively. It is a privilege to work with those who have experienced trauma in their childhood and who want to work through painful and difficult feelings. I believe all of us deserve to be able to enjoy life, free from depression, stress, fear, and anxiety.
Art Psychotherapy (Art Therapy) is a very safe and contained way of working through difficult and painful issues, at your own pace. You do not need any skill in art to undertake Art Therapy. Art making allows you to express yourself giving you and the therapist clues as to what the sub-conscious mind is holding on to.
As an experienced Art Psychotherapist with my own art therapy studio, I can offer a safe and relaxing environment for clients to explore. I am a non-judgemental, compassionate therapist who believes that my clients are the expert of themselves. I am fascinated by how the brain works and have years of tested techniques that I believe can help with recovery.
