Whatever it is that is affecting you or leaving you feeling that life is too tough to cope with, counselling can help. It can enable you to understand your emotions more clearly, recognise deeper issues, highlight what you need to take the necessary steps to make changes and move forward with your life.
I am a Senior Member of ACCPH, Practitioner Member (MCMA) of The Complementary Medicine Association, a Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults and young people aged 13+. I also offer Canine Assisted Therapy with my dog, a fully trained and insured Golden Retriever Therapy Dog. I am also a Certified Supervisor for other Counsellors.
My aim is to provide a safe space for people to talk openly about their situation or issues troubling them, free from the fear of judgement or criticism whilst hearing & understanding what is being said. I believe in building a collaborative, therapeutic relationship built on mutual trust to help people find their own answers & move forward with their lives.
