Hello, I am a humanistic integrative therapist working with adults, children and teenagers. We all have times when we feel like life is getting on top of us and counselling can be a powerful tool for dealing with life’s challenges, working through difficult emotions and exploring what matters to you. You may turn to counselling because of a general sense of wanting to make a change, lack of direction or unsure of your purpose or it may be for something more specific such as anxiety, bereavement, addiction. Counselling allows you space to explore and process who you are and what is important to you, helping support your well being.
I believe that we are all unique and as an integrative therapist I can adapt the way I work to best suit your needs. I can offer a non directive approach or more solution focused approach depending on what works best for you. I have experience working in hospices, school settings and counselling services.
I am passionate about working with people and understand how hard it can be to open up and I believe the therapeutic relationship is key in supporting your process. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without any judgement.
