Over my time of working in a variety of counselling fields and within my own learning I've recognised the deep pattern when we can't regulate our bodies we can't regulate our minds and in turn it makes relationships, jobs and school become disturbed and often unfulfilling. This can lead to damaging behaviours in a bid to find distraction and self regulation, we can feel like we are in a loop with no way out creating further damage to our self esteem. I work to create a safe space for you to explore adverse childhood events to help you to find a path to recovery and live your best life.
Throughout my training and development I have recognised deep rooted trauma from adverse childhood events that could be causing you problems in your life now. I am excellent at seeing you for who you truly are, beyond the behaviours that you've developed to protect yourself. I specialise in education and helping you get back to work.
I have completed extensive training in the area of human development and I practice many of the techniques that I offer in the support that I offer. I will help you to expand your mind and approach your recovery with acceptance; you are the expert in your journey and I will offer you the space to be able to realise this so you can find your own solutions.
