I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist, Chartered with the BPS and registered with HCPC. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, ptsd, phobias, OCD, stress. I also work with neurological difficulties and brain injuries. I use an individualised integrative therapy approach, drawing on CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. I am also skilled in behavioural management approaches and am trained in EMDR for trauma. I also have excellent Clinical Psychologists working with me.
I work with people to help them have the space and support to tell their story, to understand their life and their difficulties and to help explore ways to move forward , overcoming difficulties, finding ways to cope with life's challenges and to move toward a life they want to live. The sessions I offer are supportive, active, empowering.
