I am an integrative counsellor which means I draw upon various theories and approaches tailored to you and your individual needs. I have extensive experience working with disabled individuals and those adjusting to a new life due to injury/illness and all the overwhelming emotions that come with it. I also work with anxiety, depression & neurodivergence
