As an accredited art psychotherapist, I offer talking therapy and art psychotherapy to people who experience difficulty in communicating, expressing and processing traumatic and complex experiences. have experience working with a range of topics such as grief, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, direct and indirect impacts of suicide, neurodiversity and eating disorders. My passion for providing a safe, ethical and trauma informed therapeutic environment, creates a space for people to express and work through their experiences in a non-judgemental process that is inclusive and personalised to each client.
My service is instilled with a client-led approach, which means I work with my clients to discover their unique ways of coping during difficult times. As my practice is trauma informed, I can help people work through complex experiences and emotions in a safe manner.
