I'll listen carefully and without judgement to help you build a clearer picture of what's going on for you and how you'd like things to be different. Together we'll create a safe space in which new ideas and ways of being will emerge for you, to help you live your life with greater freedom, contentment, and connection. Both with yourself, and with others.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy in person in Chorlton, and online throughout the UK. I use Transactional Analysis (TA) as my main way of working. TA provides theories and methods to help us explore our experiences, and how (often out of our awareness) our past experiences may be influencing how we’re feeling, thinking and relating to others now.
