I welcome clients facing a wide range of difficulties in their lives and offer a safe, non-judgemental space to listen and help you find ways to move on. You can bring all your feelings - whether anger, loneliness, anxiety, fear, shame, simply being stuck - and together we can make sense of where these feelings come from. In doing so, we can reduce their hold on you.
As an integrative psychotherapist I draw on a number of models but my focus is always on building a trusting relationship with the client so you can bring all of yourself to therapy and, in doing so, come to accept your different parts. This work can challenge deep-rooted belief systems and by processing these you can feel freer, safer and more complete.
