Are you looking for an experienced counsellor who will meet you with warmth and acceptance and who will help you to find your own path forwards? I work with a wide range of clients experiencing all sorts of challenges including: anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. Whatever you bring to counselling, I will see you as a human rather than a list of problems to be solved. I am engaged and caring and will help you to develop a fuller and deeper understanding of yourself and find your way through life's challenges.
I have five years counselling experience and have helped many people to explore and process issues they are struggling with and reconnect with joy in their lives. I'm a humanistic and integrative counsellor, which means that I have trained in a range of theories - I tend towards a person centred style and also incorporate somatic approaches.
