I can help you to overcome the challenges you are facing and work on finding the best version of yourself.
As an integrative counsellor I use a range of different theories and approaches within my practice. This is done in a way that suits your individual needs. Person Centred Theory is at the heart of all of my work, using an empathetic approach to support you in your journey. Our sessions will be taken at your own pace allowing you full autonomy.
