I am trained in different evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I integrate insights from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Existential Therapy.
