I am a Humanistic counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and young people in the Chichester area offering long and short term therapy. I work face to face in my therapy room, offer walk & talk sessions and online session. You may be struggling with your thoughts, your feelings, your behaviours, and your life situation at the moment. Not knowing how to overcome these difficulties can feel overwhelming. I can help you explore this in order to empower you, to make the necessary changes to live a more fulfilling life.
I will strive to provide you with a relationship where you will feel safe to talk openly about your inner most thoughts and feelings. I will listen carefully, empathetically and without judgement. I offer 30 minute emotional support sessions for young people who feel anxious about a full 50 minute session. I am an ally of the LGBT+ community.
Life often throws us a curve ball which can be tough to manage. Talking with a professional outside of your network can be a transformative experience. I won't try to fix you or pretend I have all the answers, I may however remind you that you are not broken and will support you in figuring out how to make the hard stuff easier to live with.
