I’m warm and friendly and work in a very person-centred way. This means that I don’t use lots of techniques or give you homework, but rather I work with you to help you understand yourself better, and make decisions or changes.
I have experience working with clients who’ve experienced a wide range of issues, including bereavement and loss, anxiety, work stress, childhood trauma and neurodivergence. When you first make contact with me, we’ll have a chat about what it is that brings you to counselling, and we can then decide how to move forward.
