I hold a degree in social work and a foundation degree in counsellin and psychotherapy. Additionally, I am trained in the Maudsley approach for eating disorders, as well as CBT-T and CBT-E techniques. Please note that I do not work with individuals whose BMI is below 17.5. I offer couples therapy.
