Our first meeting will be free of charge.I offer a calm place to process your problem(s) together we look at how this concern has arisen,and seek a way forward.I am open and honest with my clients and encourage them to be open and honest with me.I firmly believe life is hard to negotiate and quite difficult,coping by yourself so often is not enough.I share your concerns and we work together on finding a solution.I trained as an Integrative counsellor and,through the years I have gained substantial experience and insight of a variety of issues.We work together in exploring your problem...you are no longer alone.
As stated previously I consider myself to be a very experienced counsellor with excellent credentials. If I were to define my 'speciality' I would say is about relationships.
I believe that either a sudden crisis strikes,or,a cumulative effect of 'life' occurs.Often childhood events shape how we Interpret and deal with life's events.Together we revisit childhood and explore how this has impacted your life.We Then plan a way forward.
