My training and practice is most closely aligned with person centred theory. For me this means offering all of my clients a warm, genuine and accepting environment to explore anything and everything that is important to each individual. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorders, health anxiety identity issues, OCD, intrusive thoughts, relationship difficulties, abuse, self esteem, self-harm, anger, exploring sexuality, stress, trauma, work related issues. and personal development.
I have a Master of Counselling and have practiced at multiple counselling services across Edinburgh and Fife areas in addition to seeing clients privately online for 5+ years.
I offer a FREE 30 minute initial consultation. This session offers us the chance to get to know each other. This gives us the space to discuss why you are seeking counselling and gives you an idea of how we might work together. At the end of the initial session you have the choice to book your next session if you would like to continue together.
