As a highly sensitive therapist, I understand the pain of the struggle for self-acceptance, and how challenging it can be living as a sensitive person in a non-sensitive world. Together, we can gently and thoughtfully explore who you are so that you can understand your sensitivity, improve your self-esteem, and have more choice about how you live your life.
