Hi my name is Beth and I’m a qualified eclectic and trauma informed counsellor and psychotherapist. I understand that everyone is wonderfully unique, so therapy needs to be individual to you, therefore I tailor your therapy to fit your needs. I have experience in working with emotional, physical and sexual abuse, narcissism and gaslighting, depression and anxiety as well as self discovery, relationship difficulties and addiction.

Life can be challenging and reaching out to get help can feel daunting or impossible. Having experienced trauma and my own struggles I know that counselling can help you get back in control of your life.
