To feel genuinely understood and accepted without judgement, is a rare experience for most of us. I believe it is in this place of complete acceptance that we can begin to make sense of some of our thoughts and feelings, and so it is with this purpose that I practice. With this in mind, my work is uniquely personalised to you. I am a UKCP qualified, experienced Person-Centred psychotherapist, and this combined with my kind and gentle style offers an authentic foundation to foster warm and genuine relationships with my clients. I see clients online from anywhere in the UK, and face to face in Forest Row.
I specialise in providing therapy for individuals facing challenges including anxiety and depression, before (infertility and preconception), during and after pregnancy (motherhood/postnatal depression). I have maternity experience within the NHS, which I combine with my psychotherapy to offer an holistic understanding of perinatal experience.
