I have over 20 years of experience working in the NHS, specialising in child and adolescent mental health. This has allowed me to gain extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, siblings and parents to overcome a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties. I also have a very experienced Family Therapist working alongside me who is able to work with family and relational difficulties.
I provide a nurturing and compassionate therapeutic environment for families. I can support you and your loved ones to overcome a wide range of difficulties, with particular expertise in working with: anxiety, phobias, eating disorders (including Anorexia and ARFID), depression and low mood, neurodiversity (Autism and ADHD), and physical health conditions.
