Current Availability: Wednesdays. I’m a warm and respectful practitioner who will welcome you as you are. I work in an organic and creative way, so each person’s therapeutic journey will be unique to them. I have experience supporting people with challenges including (not limited to): anxiety, communication, expressing yourself, confidence, self-esteem and self-worth, depression, grief and loss, past trauma, traumatic experiences, relationship issues, showing up as you are – particularly if you don’t conform to ‘norms’, expectations or assumptions, stress, spiritual emergence, uncertainty.
Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP for short) intends to help you to rediscover your inherent health and wisdom – your inner nature – that can get so obscured by the challenges and conditions of life. This perspective on experience comes from Buddhist Psychology and is informed by spiritual awareness practice.
I aim to allow your true experience to be heard, and navigated with awareness (mindfulness). With the support of someone there with us, it can feel more possible to meet our suffering compassionately and patiently, allowing space for why it is here.
