I employ an integrative approach to counselling, using different approaches depending on what suits you best, but based on my work experience, my natural tendency is to use CBT (cognitive behavioural) and Solution Focussed approaches. I have particular interest in working with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Anger Management
My professional background has been mainly in adult mental health and addictions. For the last 20 years I have been working with complex cases and for the last three of those, I was delivering counselling in the NHS, Adult Mental Health Services for people with enduring mental health issues.
