Hello! I'm Ed (he/him). Life can be hard at any time and I’m here to work alongside you with whatever you choose to bring to our sessions. I am a fully trained integrative counsellor and have previous experience working with clients who present with mental health, addiction and trauma issues. I have also volunteered with the Samaritans for two years and undertaken further CPD training around student mental health, shame, neurodiversity, trans awareness, and weight bias.
My approach is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where we can work in partnership together. I’m down to earth, always keen to listen and to understand more about your specific situation.
