I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and I work with depression, anxiety, early relational trauma, relationship difficulties, abuse, attachment issues, low self-esteem, life transitions and bereavement. I firmly believe in the power of human connection and that fostering a supportive and nurturing environment is essential for healing and personal growth, while also understanding that true transformation often requires stepping out of the comfort zones to embrace challenges. I aim to create a dynamic and empowering therapeutic experience, a space for both vulnerability and exploration.

Perhaps you cope well in some areas of life but have been troubled by difficult feelings, thoughts or life patterns for a while. Maybe loss, trauma, PTSD, or other difficult life events are impacting you. There are many times when speaking with a trained professional can help. I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, certified MBT and Schema Therapist, and Supervisor with extensive experience in providing and leading therapy services in the NHS and private practice. I work with adolescents, adults and couples presenting with a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, which may be rooted in adverse childhood experiences.

Living with difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences can drain our energy and affect the quality of our lives and relationships. We all need support from time to time, and talking with a therapist in a confidential and supportive setting can help us understand ourselves better and consider what we would like to change in our lives or relationships. I work with individuals, people in relationships (couples/relationship counselling) and people who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.
