I offer my clients an opportunity to stop, really stop and to ask themselves questions - that might feel too big to ask on your own or to burden your friends with - and then listen to the answer. I also look at the contexts you exist in, and how these have shaped and continue to shape you in the here and now.
I see clients with a variety of issues, examples of which include; Relationship issues/changes; Depression; Stress, anxiety & depression (work related or not); Death, bereavement, grief, loss, endings; Identity issues relating to race/ethnicity; Numbing & addiction; Life stage changes & crisis; Trauma; Low confidence & self esteem; Leadership isolation
I recognise that as human beings we are all wired for connection, so I take a relational approach in the way I work. I offer my clients a non-judgmental space to grow their awareness of themselves and how they show up in their world.
