I have 15 years of experience and have worked in a variety of settings across the lifespan in both public and private sectors. My roles were not limited to clinical work but also at a management level such as being the Supervisor and Training Manager at an eating disorders facility and head of a disability department at a school. I have extensive experience in different presentations: OCD, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship issues, and psychological assessments. I am recognised by Bupa Global, Aviva and WPA.
I believe that every person is unique, therefore has unique therapeutic needs. Thus, I use a multi-dimensional approach specifically tailored to the client's difficulty. My training in both Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy has given me the possibility to draw from different modalities in my practice: CBT, psychodynamic, psycho-organic analysis etc.
I am actively involved in awareness around fertility stress which was the focus of my PhD research. I was privileged to speak at the 8th World Congress of Psychotherapy in Paris about working with couples facing infertility, in July 2017.

Ongoing support group to help couples or individuals going through fertility treatments or considering adoption. We work on: enhacing coping skills to deal with infertility stress and social stress, looking beyond childlessness, bereavement process, couple dynamics and many other issues associated with infertility.
