If you are struggling with low mood, anxiety, or generally feeling lost and unfulfilled in life and in relationships, please feel free to get in touch. I have over 20 years' experience of working in the mental health field, including the NHS, independent secure mental health services, and private practice (Inter-Mind Psychological Services Ltd). I pride myself on a down-to-Earth approach that is highly confidential, compassionate, and consistent with my professional ethics and values. I use the knowledge and skills I have to try to help clients make sense of their difficulties and to find ways of moving forwards in their lives.

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which means I have received the highest level of training in clinical psychology practice and I'm able to apply that knowledge to helping clients. I specialise in working with trauma/PTSD, relational difficulties, depression, poor self-esteem and a range of anxiety difficulties. I am trained in several therapies

Starting therapy can itself be anxiety-provoking. I aim to make clients feel comfortable in exploring their difficulties and finding the 'right' approach for them. This often means tailoring treatment based on a range of different psychological models and ideas. I try to identify the root cause of difficulties and to help people live the life they want.
