I completed my undergraduate studies at King’s College London and my postgraduate/ doctoral studies at the University of Surrey. I am able to work using a number of approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, integrative and EMDR approaches. I currently offer individual therapy online. I can offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can discuss what you want to work on and whether you feel we could work together to achieve your goals.
I am currently working for His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service. I worked for the NHS for 5 years post qualified and run my own private practice. My specialism is trauma informed care and adult mental health. My special interest includes the impact of culture and ethnicity in how we understand and manage our mental health.
