I work supporting and coaching individuals to improve their overall wellbeing with a mind-body approach using both psychology and somatic methods in an integrated way. I am particularly interested in the how trauma can be expressed through the body and skilled in working holistically with the impact of physical symptoms. I offer practises, coaching and therapy based on a combination of professional clinical experience, psychological models, somatic approaches and personal experience. Models include EMDR, ACT, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Yoga Therapy. These are skilfully integrated according to an individuals needs, goals and preferences, using my extensive experience.
