I am a therapist and clinical supervisor. I provide a safe space for therapy and supervision where challenges and vulnerabilities can be brought into awareness, understood, and mobilised in a healthier way. Living means that we face challenges and some experiences leave us struggling to cope or to be at our best. I aim to help people clear a path for better flow in life and work. I value a healthy baseline - moving & eating well, sleeping soundly, making contact with nourishing people, and living with awareness. It is important to create a safe & open space that supports our connection, and gives you opportunity to connect with your own thinking and feeling. I know the journey can be challenging at times and when challenge comes along we embrace patience, warmth, and creativity.
A therapy, coaching, or supervision relationship has ups and downs - we stick together through the difficult bits and celebrate the good stuff. I offer shorter-term and ongoing work that can last for several years. A meeting lasts 1 hour. I work face-to-face, online, or a combination of both.
