I am down to earth and offer a non-judgemental space for you to build a relationship I work in a humanistic way which means I trust that you will know what you need. Together we can explore your feelings and work out where they stem from and why you behave in certain ways. I am experienced with ADHD and relationship issues and individuals in a caring role.
I know how challenging life can be, as I have had to overcome many difficulties in my life.
