I offer both short and long term therapy and Clinical Supervision to adults. I can offer face to face sessions based in Folkestone or telephone sessions. I am also a trained EMDR Therapist and can help you with trauma, PTSD, OCD, or pain. I am a Licensed Core Practitioner for Understanding Your Eating so if you need help with weight management and having a better relationship with food, I can help you.
I specialise in weight management, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, phobias, post natal depression, trauma/birth trauma. I have experience of working with people who have learning disability / mental health needs. As mentioned above, I can offer EMDR.
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor and can offer supervision sessions for individuals or groups.
