Life has many challenges which can feel overwhelming. Ordinary life events such as a break-up or extraordinary life events such as traumatic incidents can have a huge impact on how we see ourselves, others, and the world. You might feel like your thoughts are a tangled mess or that you're stuck in a spiral which is pointed in the wrong direction. Maybe believing that you don't have the power to take control of your own life has left you feeling hopeless. At times like this, we are our own worst critic and can be very hard on ourselves.
With almost ten years' experience, I have worked with lots of people with different needs, problems and abilities. The one thing they all have in common is that they were suffering and felt ready to ask for help. If you're willing to work on you then I'm willing to work with you.
