I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who offers a safe, non-judgemental and professional space where you can be supported in exploring your past, present and/or future within a therapeutic relationship that you will feel really seen and heard in. There are many reasons why people might seek therapy as everyone is unique with their own lived experiences - sometimes the issue can be described but other times, there might just be a feeling of wanting life or things to be different. I have a depth of understanding to help support you, gained from extensive training and through both personal and professional experience.
I am trained in and use a wide range of approaches, skills and theories, using these based upon your individual needs. I believe that we are all unique and as such there is no one way that can support everyone. I aim to collaboratively work alongside you, within our therapeutic relationship to best support you on your personal journey for change and healing.
