My name is Dobrochna Zajas and I am a qualified Cognitive and Behavioural Therapist (register with BABCP), EMDR Therapist and Registered Drug and Alcohol Practitioner (register with FDAP) based at HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston, Hackney E8 4DE. My passion is to help people discover their own potential and gain the ability to heal themselves, recognize their own strengths, find the ability to cope from within and regain their strength after difficult and/or traumatic situations.
I work in person center and holistic way. I always try to accommodate clients needs and work as a team supporting my clients on their journey. My experiences have shaped my compassionate and non-judgmental approach to use each person's experiences in a self-growth process to overcome their difficulties and find their own strengths and self-sufficiency.
Although speaking about personal issues and seeking help can seem like a daunting task, it is a very important step on the journey of healing. Every journey requires that first step.
